It's the mantra of the self loathing culture of today, a critique on modern american culture in tidybowl man fashion.
We must be super critical of ourselves and project a guilty image of ourselves to the world.
You cannot gain people's respect unless you insult and synthetically degrade yourself to appeal to their jealous and artifically created distrust of you.
Please band together and make yourself out to be as wrong as possible in every situation, even when you are in the right. That's how you make friends.
Sorta like how not standing up to bullies and never telling the truth get you through school better.
If you didn't know, there are a bunch of racist and vulgar reviews and forum posts going around lately, and they are not from me for a change! I personally hate everyone equally now so I forget what it's like to hate just myself anymore.
I hope this explains everything a bit.
